I know that I have mentioned before that Ladybug can be quite the morning lark. I am a early bird myself. But she does not often allow me to get out of bed without her. Even this week, with early morning preparations that were needed for the Thanksgiving feast, she was not in bed long after I rose both Wednesday and Thursday mornings.
So, the thought hit me, Do SAHM's Need Alarm Clocks?
Even if you don't usually comment when you stop in to visit, please take a moment to vote in the poll and leave a comment about your alarm clock usage. Are you a morning person, or is it tough for you to get out of bed in the morning? Are your kids early risers? Were they early risers, but when school starts, it's like pulling teeth to get them moving in the morning?
And you don't have to be a SAHM to participate. I'd love to hear from all of you! Thanks!!

I use the alarm clock very rarely. Wendy naturally wakes up around 7:30 a.m., which suits me just fine!
ReplyDeleteBoth of my alarm clocks wake up at 7am on the dot!
ReplyDeleteI am not terrible in the morning, it just takes me a little bit to get going. Typically, N gets up around 730-8. But never fails, if we HAVE to get up at that time, he sleeps in. Figures. So I only set the alarm if the need calls for it.
ReplyDeleteI used an alarm clock, when I was a working women (a nurse at the hospital). But, those days are over, and my daughter is up before 7am, everyday. Thus, that means I am up, too. So, no need for an alarm clock. Except for the rare occasion that I may need to get up before 7am.
ReplyDeleteI don't use alarm clock, my daughter is a great waker upper.
ReplyDeleteMy 2.5yr old wakes up usually between 5:30 and 6. So even on days I go to work, he is all the wake-up help I need.
