Works for Me - Ground Beef Help

It's been a while since I've had a good tip for Works for Me Wednesday. But I used this tip the other day while preparing dinner, and I know that it definitely Works for Me!!

When browning ground beef, ground turkey, or other ground meats, I always have a difficult time getting the meat to crumble into small bits, especially for things like tacos. After the meat has browned, I use my pastry blender to break the meat up into the appropriate size for whatever dish I'm cooking.

Be careful not to scratch the bottom of your frying pan!

  2. That's a great idea! My hubby can somehow make it tiny while cooking it, but I can never do that.

  3. That's awesome. I have 2 of these and have never made a pie crust. It'll be good to have something to use it for!

  4. I really need to get a pan that's not nonstick, because this sounds like a great idea.
