Wordful Wednesday

Ladybug (20 months) has discovered the joy of sitting in baskets. I remember that I loved to sit in boxes when I was a kid. What is it that makes kids want to climb into a box or basket that is so enticing?

Anyway, here is Ladybug reclining in the laundry basket.

Oh! And guess who joined her in the basket? Her duckies! She loves her duckies!Unfortunately, one of her duckies went missing on our trip in January, so I never was able to get a duckie family portrait. However, I foresee many duckies in her future!

  10. Oh, she's just precious! I used to love playing in laundry baskets as a child (wait, I still like playing in them! LOL).

    I know about the "time-out" pic. I felt guilty even taking it, she looked so sad....but it made for a good blog post :-)

  25. What a cutie! All 3 of my girls try to squeeze in the laundry basket at the same time...doesn't work anymore now that they are older.
