Oh what fun we had! Ladybug was so excited that she would not, could not stand still. She ran from tank to tank pointing to all the fish. It was dark and I didn't want to use my flash, so I adjusted for a longer exposure. Well, a moving toddler and longer exposure are never friends, so I don't have a lot of good pictures from the day. Here are a few of my favorites.
An interactive display - kids could pretend they were a Siamese fighting fish in a glass bowl
Ladybug was fascinated by all the fish!
Showing Grammy (my mom) what she saw
A shark swimming overhead in the tunnel. This was amazing!
And one tired girl! Grammy bought her a new lovey, and Ladybug cuddled with her dolphin-fish while she took a long nap!

Looks like she had a great time!! I always love the pictures of the kids all tired out at the end of the fun.

ReplyDeletePlaying tourist in your own town is always fun! That last photo of your daughter sleeping is too cute.
ReplyDeleteHappy PSF!
I've been to three aquariums and found them all fascinating. I'm glad your little one had a good time. If you want to wander down my road I’m home.
ReplyDeleteI love your photos! So cute how she was so tuckered out and cuddled up to her toy!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like so much fun!! I love the Aquarium, although I haven't been to one since I was a kid and went to Chicago. We do have one about 2 hours away, maybe the next time we go to Denver I'll take my little one!
Fun! We have a aquarium not far and had a season pass to it last year. My son loved going and we did too, on those days when it wasn't crowded with tourists!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog! Hope to see you back soon!
How fun! And I hear it about the tourist things.. :) MOst people I knew who were from NYC when we lived there had never seen the statue of liberty!!
ReplyDeleteI know huh?
But I grew up in Utah and I don't ski.. so go figure! :)

ReplyDeleteSometimes the not so perfect shot is the best one!
