Mamavation Week #21

Watch Lives Change

This will have to be a short post. I was so entranced with the final episode of Lost last night, I just couldn't do anything but stare at the TV. So now I'm short on time. Oh well!

Exercise: 6 out of 7 days cardio. Mostly EASActive workouts. I'm finally figuring out how to making it work for me. It's frustrating that I don't get a lot of steps with those workout outs, and my legs are always killing me. So I haven't done great on step counts this week. Plus, I think I'm beating up on my pedometer. I have to wear it clipped on my underwear band instead of my pants because the clasp broke and it won't stay closed. I can't afford to buy replacement pedometers every month! I got 10,000+ steps only 3 days this week.

Food Journal: I did well with eating in spite of the busy schedule. I need to continue focusing on getting 7-8 servings of fruits and veggies every day. I always feel better physically when I can get my freggies! Here's my healthy menu plan for the week.

The Scale: Down another .5 lbs for a total of 19 lbs in 21 weeks. Dude, I'm killing myself! I want to get to that 20 lb mark so I can order my new swimsuit! So close!! This week for sure!

Hope y'all have a healthy and active week! Thanks so much for your support and encouragement!! It keeps me going when I lose focus.

Yeah, pedometers can make me crazy too. I had over 8,000 steps one day and mine reset. I was miffed to say the least!!

  9. It gets harder and harder the closer you get to your goal doesn't it? That's 'cause your body has adapted - time to step up your intensity and go for that swim suit! You can do it!
